History
For decades, ISO organized the marginalized sectors and pioneered social development approaches in accordance with the call of the times.
The ISO Staff
The ISO staff are responsible for the execution of the organization’s mission through its various projects. Different units work synergistically to support partner coastal communities in natural resource management.
Vision & Mission
Its mission is to promote faith that does justice through grassroots empowerment; transformation of the unjust structures of power in the country, and reconciliation with creation.
The Board of Trustees
The Board consists of representatives from the Society of Jesus, NGO partners, and the ISO personnel. Together, they provide guidance and inputs on the direction of the organization.
